Our Farm opens from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. (9.30 a.m. on weekends & public holidays). CLOSED every Tuesday (except school & public holidays).

Yes, we offer discounts for groups with a minimum of 30 pax. Please send your details to bookings@farminthecity.my
Yes, you can buy tickets at our walk-in counter. Alternatively, online ticket purchase is also available here.
Yes, a family package (2 adults & 2 children) is available for purchase at the ticket counter. Please bring the original MyKad or Working Visa for verification as well.
You can bring the voucher to our ticket counter for redemption. Please do note we only accept valid and original vouchers. Subject to the TnC.

Accessibility and Facilities
Yes, we have a dedicated pathway for strollers and wheelchairs.
Yes, we have a restaurant and a café inside the Farm.
Outside food & beverages are not allowed while inside the Farm premises.
Smoking is not allowed while inside the Farm premises.
Yes, we do have first aid available throughout the Farm.
Unfortunately, we don’t provide any stroller or wheelchair rental. Visitors are welcome to bring their own instead.
Yes, it is located next to the Ranger’s Outpost.
Yes, there are dedicated prayer rooms for Muslims near the entrance.
Yes, small lockers are available at the entrance. Please ask our staff for assistance.
Animals and Exhibits
We have a collection of more than 140 species of local and exotic animals. Most of the animals are free-roaming and can be interacted with except for a few displayed behind specialized exhibitions.
