- Ticket Validity
- Online ticket is valid for 90 days based on online purchase date
- Online ticket must be purchase at least 24 Hours in advance
- Farm in the City is closed on every Tuesday (except public holidays and school holidays)
- Terms & Conditions
- Online ticket is valid for single entry only
- Children below 90cm will be waived from entrance fees
- Outside food are strictly not allowed
- It is through condition of entry that all guests agree to be bound by all rules and regulations displayed at Farm in the City
- The owner of Farm in the City shall not be held liable for any injuries, death and/or loss and damage to property under any circumstances
- No refunds will be entertained due to inclement weather, natural disaster and/or any force majeure
- No refunds will be entertained due to unused online tickets
- Not valid with on-going promotions/group package/functions/tour
- Children must be accompanied by adult
- You are required to present your MyKad / Passport for verification at the collection counter. Failing which, a surcharge of RM19 for adult & RM16 for child will be charged during the ticket redemption
