General

• Children denote from 90 cm body height and until 11 years old.
• Free child entry (below 90 cm) must be accompanied by a paying adult.
• Only the original voucher is acceptable at the ticketing counter.
• It is a condition of entry that visitors agree to be bound by all rules & regulations displayed at Farm in the City.
• Farm in the City reserves the right to refuse entry or to evict a person from Farm in the City at the discretion of the management.
• No refunds will be entertained due to inclement weather, natural disaster and/ or force majeure.
• The owner of Farm in the City and The Management shall under no circumstances be held liable for any injuries, death, and/ or loss or damage to property however caused.
• Outside food and drinks are strictly not allowed.

Fair Vouchers/ Tickets

• Weapons:
  Firearms, knives, or any other items that may pose a threat to the safety of visitors, staff, or animals.
• Alcohol and Illegal Substances:
  Possession or consumption of alcohol or illegal drugs within the Farm premises.
• Glass Containers:
  Glass bottles or containers that may break and pose a danger to visitors, staff, or animals.
• Pets:
  Bringing personal pets into the Farm, as they may disturb or stress the Farm animals.
• Laser Pointers:
  These can be harmful to the animals’ eyes and may cause stress.
• Drones and Remote-Controlled Devices:
  Unauthorized use of flying drones or remote-controlled devices can disturb animals and visitors.
• Balloons:
  Balloons can be a choking hazard for animals if they accidentally ingest them.
• Loudspeakers and Amplified Music Devices:
  These can disturb the animals and other visitors.
• Skateboards, Rollerblades, or Scooters:
  Items that may pose a danger to visitors or disrupt the peaceful atmosphere of the Farm.
• Bicycles:
  Riding bicycles within the Farm premises may not be allowed for safety reasons.
• Food for Animals:
  Visitors are generally prohibited from feeding animals unless authorized Farm staff provides specific feeding opportunities.
• Professional Photography Equipment:
  Tripods, large camera equipment, or commercial photography may be restricted without prior authorization.
• Smoking:
  Smoking is prohibited inside the Farm due to fire hazards and the potential harm it can cause to animals and other visitors.
• Vandalism and Graffiti Tools:
  Any items that could be used for vandalism or graffiti are typically prohibited.
